Sept/Oct are peak harvest seasons and most people think that’s the best time to visit. But April and May are surprisingly great times to visit as the vines are just coming in, the weather is milder, and the hills are still green from recent rain.
Flying into Sacramento and getting to Napa is way easier than coming from SF or Oakland!
