Getting Started as a Couple

Step 1: Create Your Account

Head to the Wedping sign-up page and create your account. You'll be asked to choose between signing up as a couple or a planner. Select Couple.

You'll enter your names, your partner's name, and basic event details during onboarding.

Step 2: Set Up Your Event

After signing up, you'll land on your event dashboard. Here you can:

• Set your wedding date and venue.
• Add event details like ceremony and reception times.
• Customize your event settings.

Don't worry about getting everything perfect right away — you can update all of this later.

Step 3: Build Your Guest List

Your guest list is the backbone of Wedping. You can add guests one by one or import your entire list from a spreadsheet:

• Setting Up Your Guest List — adding guests manually and managing contacts.
• Uploading Your Guest List via CSV — importing from a spreadsheet.

Step 4: Organize with Groups

Once your guests are added, organize them into groups like "Family," "College Friends," or "Bridal Party." Groups make it easy to send targeted messages later.

Step 5: Send Your First Message

With your guest list and groups set up, you're ready to send your first text blast. Common first messages include:

• A save-the-date announcement.
• A link to your wedding website.
• RSVP instructions.
