Keep your vendor contacts organized and share them across your planning team. Everyone on your team can access the same vendor list.
Your vendor list lives at the planning team level, shared across all your events. Add your go-to florists, caterers, photographers, and other vendors once, and any team member can access their contact info when coordinating events.
When you're setting up an event, you can add vendors in two ways:
If the vendor is already in your planning team's vendor list, simply search for and select them. Their contact info will be pulled in automatically.
Don't see the vendor you need? Create a new one on the spot. They'll be added to both the event and your planning team's vendor list for future use.
Vendors are shared with everyone on your planning team. Any team member can view, add, or update vendor contacts. This means your whole team has the same up-to-date vendor info without needing to share spreadsheets or contact lists separately.
When your event has one or more vendors, you'll see an option when sending a message to choose your audience: Guests, Vendors, or Both. This lets you coordinate with your vendors using the same messaging flow you already use for guests.
Vendors must have a phone number on file to receive messages. Messages are sent from your Wedping number, and vendors can reply directly to continue the conversation.
Organize your vendors into groups like "Florists," "Photographers," or "Day-Of Team" for easier management and targeted messaging.
A vendor can belong to multiple groups at once. When you message multiple groups, Wedping automatically de-duplicates — a vendor in several selected groups will only receive the message once. Deleting a group removes the label but does not delete the vendors in it.
The vendor list is a planning team feature. You'll need to set up your planning team first to access it.
Your vendor list is shared across all events. There's no need to re-add vendors for each event.
